I think it's supposed to be announced in the Message of the Day in game.
It's seemingly not yet. I tried /gmotd and the old I19 message popped up.
Yeah, I wouldn't expect it immediately. I'd wait until they post the live patch notes, at the very least.
I'm sure as more people get into the office the Strike Target will be picked. It's rather early right now on the West Coast.

With all the shards and such you're going to need for the Very Rare, might as well run everything anyway :P.
Apparently its the LRSF/STF. Unless we have different targets to the yanks

The STF/LRSF was the target on Test, and it's the same on live.
