Stuck in a hot dog stand.

I wish I were joking about this. but Im not. I logged on to my character only to find that he comes out of a door, and into a hot dog stand, and I cant get out. pressing /stuck doesnt do anything because I'm not really stuck like that, I'm just trapped in this small stand that I cant get out of. here's a pic of it.

also here are my coordinates in case that's needed. 2953.8 19.0 7097.3

this ever happen to anyone? is there a fix for this? Id like to be able to play my character again someday

In the past, /stuck worked for me in a hot dog stand next to the store in one of the villain areas (might be the same one for all I can recall). You might have to stand right up against a wall and you might get shifted just to the other side of it.

The other way is to 'port out. Do you have a base teleport power, Pocket D teleport power, day job teleport power (either base or Wentworth's), or mission transporter? Any one of those ought to do it. Failing that, ask in broadcast for someone to team with you and recall you out of there.

If you can walk any distance inside the place, an Oroborous portal might work too.

oh you now what. I have an oroboros porter. why did I think of that? It may have been because I was so annoyed. thanks. but why does this happen anyway? theres no way I could have logged off there.

Sorry to laugh... but HAHA!!!
I've heard of this happening, but never witnessed it.
Heeheee.....

Ahem...

Did you at least steal any hotdogs while inside?

(And I'm assuming you got out via the above mentioned methods, which is what I was going to recommend as well, after having a bit of a laugh!)

Yeah I stole some hotdogs, but unfortunately they were out of buns. Yeah I got out. Actually I dont know why I forgot about warping out in the first place.

Also, sometimes I notice that when you log on a character you do so coming out of a door. I dont know why they make it like that but they should at least make it so that it can't happen with a door that leads to nowhere.

Given how annoyed you sounded, "st" weren't the letters I expected to see replace the "..." in the URL above when I clicked the link.

I made that image a long time ago, but I was inside the stand on purpose. Logging out near any door makes your toon come out the door when you log in. I saw the stand had a door on both the inside and outside and was curious to see if it'd work. haha

IIRC, some people also used a stand in Siren's Call as a TP-trap. Similarly, I think you can use it as a Trick-or-Treat trap for foes.

I remember that hot dog stand, ah fond memories.

Lightning rod got me in, and out.

Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.
