Force Feed Back chance for +recharge

Im building a Elec/SD scrapper and I am considering putting the above into Lightening Rod, Ive just got a couple of questions.

1. Is the chance for it to go off (10%) just when the power is activated or as this is an AOE power is it a 10% on every target it hits.

2. If it is 10% chance per target hit, is this benefit cumulative or will I benefit from just one 100% recharge, ie/ if it hits four targets will I get 400% recharge for 5 seconds

I have that power in footstomp on all my ss toons. yes it has a 10% chance for every badie it hits. but keep in mind if it hits 10 badies thats not 10% chance times 10=100%. its a 10% chance for every badie so the more u hit the higher chance u have but its never 100%. second it can only proc once every 10-15 sec or so. it has a cool down time from what ive noticed. it doesnt stack.

Thats good and what I was expecting, glad its not 10% on the power activation but on targets hit

Im not sure if this is still the case, or maybe im making it up completely, but I remember hearing that it didnt work in SC or LR due to the powers summoning a pet. I place mine in thunderstrike and have no complaints. I watch it fire often.

This is right.

Lightning Rod does no damage. It teleports you, and summons a pet. The pet does the damage. If you put the Force Feedback proc in Lightning Rod, it will try to fire on you (10% chance) when you cast the power, and most of its duration will wear off before you even finish the animation. When it hits, it will check against each target it hits, and if any succeed, it will apply the buff to the Lightning Rod pet, not you.

As the recharge on LR is long, you'd be better off putting the +recharge proc in ThunderStrike or Lightning Clap anyways.

Related question: If I slot the Force Feedback proc into Bonfire (from Fire Control), the proc will give the pet a 100% recharge buff. Will this actually speed up the pulses of Bonfire?

If so, Bonfire with the Force Feedback, Positron's Blast and Explosive Strike procs could make a decent damage power when paired with Fire Cages...

No. Bonfire has an auto power that pulses. Auto powers, of course, are unaffected by recharge.

Also, a few issues back all pets became unaffected by any form of recharge.
