Start off with a Fire / Nrg / Ice Blaster fairly straight forward, take SS, SJ, Tactics and concealment.

Go for 41Kb protect.

and it's pretty much point and shoot... if you are io'ing start for +hp, +rech.

make a shark throwing stalker. preferably a spines, KM, EM/WP or Regen with (inherent fitness), SJ, SS (with a stealth IO), Leadership, Concealment for stealth and Phase, and leviathan for sharks and hibernate. When you see an enemy at 25% HP, throw a shark out while you're in stealth and hide, then right after that run back to base. If anyone attacks you during this time after you throw your one shark, hit the hibernate button count to 10 so to go back into hide, then run back to base again. If the somehow they start to hit you some more after you come out of hibernate, hit the phase shift button and proceed to run back to base. Stay in base till both hibernate and phase are recharged and usable before comming back out to throw that one end all attack. kk GLHF this get up is as easy as it gets.

Sarcastic advice probably means more to non - noob pvper's... to the OP, when on your blaster look out for said stalkers as you can see from what Neeto is saying, this is the frustrating part of pvp when some players actually play like that.

I took neeto's advice and swapped my concept stalker (electric/ninja/ghost widow) for shrak/hiber and it is lolzy. Why they give an archtype with hide, hibernate is beyond me. You get a tier 9/hiber/phase and the hardest hitting ranged single target power in the game...

blasters obviously have more sustained DPS and are basically 2nd in burst damage out of all the ATs, making them a fairly straight forward AT to play; but when you can hit BU and 1 button to take down 33% or more HP of most PvP squishy builds, to me, that's 5 times less skill involved than hitting BU (maybe Aim as well) 3-4 blasts all the while kiting your surroundings to get the same dmg. Moreover, doing that with a blaster (especially one with boost range) isn't very hard to begin with. With that comparison, I have to conclude that the sharking stalker is the easiest thing to play in PvP while at the same time having the lowest risk vs reward in zone PvP (what the OP will probably be doing) due to the hide, animation, and phase mechanics of the game. In fact, the sharking stalker was so lulzy that having more than 2 with sharks on a team in organized arena league PvP was against the rules lol. So i might have come off as being sarcastic but I'm actually being satirical in the above post. Sadly, truth usually always has more lulz.

Stalkers really need hiber at times, travel suppression means that you will find escaping with more than one blaster on you will be very difficult, if you are going for Nin, then io slot for ranged def, Red fortunes and Mako's Bite IO's are your friends along with Steadfast res/def io. 5 Red + 3 Mako + stead fast will have youan extra 26% ranged def which you need after Diminishing returns to be dodgy in zonal. My widow has 91% ranged defense to hit the soft cap in RV of 45%

Oh btw, the patron for hiber is Mako, not Ghost Widow, so make sure you do the right one unless you wanna respec.

Thx..I know of the DR and such in PvP...and I was just looking for something easy to play...I have a stalker with sharks and its easy....and not really fun bcuz I dont ever do anything but a shark and every now and then a AS

Em.. a few things.

1) I'll bet you haven't looked into the cost of PvP IO's yet, that build will set you back at an estimate from 12 - 15 Billion inf

2) PvP powers are adjusted damage wise from PvE, Blaze took a massive nerf a while back and you will now be better proccing out flares than using blaze.

3) You lack movement, PvP is alot about manuverability, you haven't capped run or jump, so you will not catch anyone, or be able to outrun attackers.

4) Blasters benefit alot more from +HP than +rech

5) No point in slotted manuv + stealth for def, it will make little or no diff at all after DR.

So i think for less than half the cost of that build i could pur together a stronger one, i'll do that soon... at work atm.

Only time i felt i needed hiber is when i do stupid **** like as'ing in a group of 10 heroes with a dom in it.

Invisi and phase works really well and i don't miss hiber but it comes down to playstyle.

-put your purple set on flares
-put a hold proc in some attacks rather than 6 slot javs
-slot in more recharge in hoarfrost by removing slots from snow storm
-slot up more recharge on BU and Aim
-move one slot from hast to CJ to get winter's gift slow rez
-Psi blast is a little easier to play than fire because of the placate proc (if you're still looking for easy mode)

pretty good.
-do you need the 7.5% run speed now that we get swift? i'd get a karma in invis just in case since you're right on the cusp with KB prot.
-If you can afford it put some miracles and numinas in hoarfrost since they give better bonuses
-do you fight stalkers alot? cuz rain of fire doesn't mean you all set against being ASed. I'd recommend either Blazing bolt or blaze instead.
-the adjusted targeting end/recharge could be better for ya in BU and Aim instead of a recharge IO. It sacrificing very little time on the recharge of the two powers while giving you a bit more res... but up to you.

This will work better than your expensive build. Paying over the odds doesn't mean you will win.
