If what you are looking for is a mission that comes with a mission failure timer of 30:00 or less, the only missions that immediately come to mind are Efficiency Expert Pither's missions, which are not Ouroborous accessible. Most timed missions have 90 minutes to 2 hours on them I believe.
You could try the Paragon Wiki for a list of timed missions, but I don't know how to find it there.

"The Praetorian War" (Tina Macintyre pre-GR arc) starts with a normal mission, which immediately leads to a 10-minute timed mission when you finish (without talking to Tina). I think it's available from Ouroboros.

The one and only short timed mission in the game is the second mission of "The Praetorian War". Every other mission either has timed objectives (new content) or gives you far more time than you need (old content).
