I very much doubt it will be "per power". I would think it would work like the Alpha slot. You can slot it with one Interface Boost, and it affects all eligable powers. What you will be able to do is swap one Interface Boost for a different one, so you could switch from +DoT to +slow, for example.

I really should do something about this signature.

Rajani, what is throwing me off is that the pictures taken have very similar backgrounds. I assumed it was the same AT logged in for all three pictures, but just typed in the [Power] command for each and screen capped. Do you think that person logged off to three different ATs for the screenshots? I'm still confused as to how they were able to see other AT bonuses on the same character. Maybe I have to try it online to see what they did.

Makerian, the AT name listed in green. That is a drop down menu. You will find that in any and every power tab. You can choose any AT and the powers tab will apply that ATs modifers to the power.
