The only problem I had with WL on my fire/rad was taht his minions kept killing my imps. It was in PI though, so will the minions be below 50 if I find one somewhere other than PI?

Yea, I went on after this and found Babbage and Jurrasik to take them down too.
On the WL it was said how many minions he had spawned, literally looked like a snowman army
Gratz on the GM kill 
Well today I finally decided to solo a GM and came across a lone Winter Lord in Kings Row.
It killed me once (got held), but I took him down. Now hunting for more to try.
