Hi Folks,
Kind of a stupid question but what vendor allows one to purchase Gr'ai matter using Vanguard merits? Thanks for your help in advance!!

Vanguard terminal in Rikti Warzone.

Also: you can only purchase one Gr'ai Matter a day.

The vanguard tables in vanguard base (where you turn in vanguard
merits for various things).

It costs 150 vanguard merits, and you can only purchase one every
20? (18?) hours.

Okay you two behave! LOL

Just to end the mild debate and confirm things I have been to the RWZ where I purchased a Gr'ai Matter with 150 Vanguard Merits and then attempted to purchase another.

The official reply is : You can only purchase one of these items every 18 hours.

Goodness I feel just like a UN Peace ambassador .. Okay maybe not.
