villain to heroes pve zones ?
Here's a guide that Snow Globe put together on the subject that's pretty definitive: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=232961
Short answer: do some regular content, and defeated enemies will give you some "new" (as of GR) missions that allow you to switch sides. Do up to five of these new "tip missions" per day. (You can do more, but only five per day earn you side-switching credit.) Do this for a total of 10 tip missions. Do another, similar mission called an "alignment mission" to enter the gray areas between Hero and Villain called Rogue and Vigilante.
If you want to continue and completely switch sides, repeat the process -- 10 more tip missions over at least two days, plus one alignment mission and congratulations -- you've gone the whole way from villain to hero, or vice versa.

Thank you guys
having just gone to the blue side with my SoA, I realize I have lost my villain contacts, what must I do to get them back?
Will going vigilante do it, or do I have to switch back to villain then over to rogue (so I can still access the base)

Rogues and Villains use red-side contacts and Vigilantes and Heroes use blue-side contacts.
K, thats what I figured... so three more hops to go... not in any hurry this time though
Basically, alignment is a circle, and you can continue around the circle as many times as you want. When you go from Hero to Vigilante, or Villain to Rogue, you can go "visit" the other side, but you can only join teams there to do missions, you can't get any of your own. If you keep going, though, you switch sides, becoming a Villain if you were a Hero or vice versa, and you then get access to the other side's missions, although you're cut off from your old side. You can then again "go grey" if you'd like to team on your original side but not stay there.
Basically you want to be on whatever side you want to solo on. Hero or Vigilante for Paragon City or Villain or Rogue for the Rogue Isles. Then you want to go to Vigilante or Rogue if you have friends on the other side you'd like to team with. There should be a concept option available for you any way, if you want to play a vigilante type but want to stay in the Rogue Isles a Rogue is essentially that. A mercenary type who had no interest in the Rogue isles could stay a Hero, and just say he's doing it for money.
Hay all.

Came back to the game about a week ago and got me the new addon
Trying to find what new stuff i can do and need to read a lot to get updated lol
But the 1 thing i would like to do is take my villain to the heroes zones and switch coh and cov areas from time to time do some missions if i can.
Howgo about to do this ?
Thanks.
