Just be smart, and figure out a combination that works for you. Most builds can be IOd and customized to do well in pvp.
If you want cookie cutter fotm search the boards for a mind/fire/ice dom, psy/em/ice blaster, or */regen stalker or even */regen scrapper with sharks.
To be honest the best builds are the ones you enjoy playing. If you struggle with a build, die a lot, and don't like it try another combo. It took about 3-4 lvl 50's for me to find my best main pvp characters.

A blapper is a cross from a Scrapper and Blaster, hence "Blapper"... Means melee blaster, btw.
Why Force Epic Psyrene? Just curious as to choice. Is it to do with phase effecting Hiber?
Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
Force mastery has the ever so lovely PFF. Grab Phase from concealment and you still have a phase/hiber power with extra PFF goodness for very effective evasion. Tends to work better overall than Hiber.

Adding PFF on top of that is pretty nice.
Tbh just for zone/duels you can get any of the res armors if you want any of the patron holds for extra damage.

) Also, adding the resistances from PFF, along with the PvP resist bonus and Temp Invuln, you're looking at a lot of damage resistance even post-DR. Even if my numbers are wrong (because BOO DEVS RELEASE THE DR INFO ALREADY) PFF basically makes you NOT a squishy while you flee in panic, which could be just enough to save your life while the heals chase you down.
