He sure as heck has eagle eyes at the end of the Patron arcs. All you gotta do is stand within the general vicinity of City Hall and he's already shooting at you.

That explains why I saw someone dancing on a STF and wondering how they werent seen.
I figured he had the +perception like other AVs.

He either is missing six eyes or has them covered, this naturally seems to not bode for his vision.

Well, spiders in general have poor eyesight. Brown recluse is no exception with their 6 eyes. Maybe this is the devs way of being true to life.
Well, his poor eyesight certainly explains why he can't ever hit my Dark Armor tank.
