Clicking on the linked image above will take you off the City of Heroes site. However, the guides will be linked back here.
It's a reward for unlocking the Alpha slot. Now I can have a level 50 team build that takes advantage of what's in my Alpha, an Exemplar team build and a solo build!

Guardian 50s (redside): Connie Mand

The third build was inexplicably never mentioned in any game notes. As much as I kept including such a fact in my corrected patch notes and many of my other corrections made it to the real patch notes, the devs seemed to have an aversion to mentioning this feature.

Weren't me. I only logged in for 10 minutes on Weds, not at all on Tuesday. On Weds, I was on a level 12 in praetoria and never chatted with anyone.
There are dopplegangers of PLAYERS now too, not just characters?
