Dark Melee/Super Reflexes i19 build: how's it looking?
theres a problem with the 7 lotgs, your only getting the effect of the first 5, otherwise its sound
sooner or later werner will pop in here and give his thoughts since hes got his dm/sr
The thing that stands out the most to me is the slotting of Practiced Brawler. I would think you would be better off with a recharge in there instead of an end reduction, as right now you only have a 1/2 second of coverage in case of slows etc.
Everything else looks good.

I am probably the last person that should be GIVING build advice on this entire forum but...doesn't the LOTG+ subscribe to the rule of 5 just like everything else? If you have 7 in there then you're just wasting them.
Actually, I just opened your build and you're over the cap on a few things. Click on the "Window" tab and then "Sets and Bonuses." Then look at the set breakdown info...you'll see it.
Hope that helps somewhat.
D'oh! I finally try to give advice and someone beats me to it! lol
I'm guessing maybe the build you'd referenced was my no-purples DM/SR, but I'm pretty sure that I would have slotted a number of things differently.
Firstly, yeah, the others are correct about having too many LotG +7.5 in there. You benefit from a max of 5. Secondly, SL should be slotted as an attack first and a heal second - it is your second best attack after MG.
Assuming you're going for the standard MG>Smite>SL>Smite attack chain, you'll want recharge values of 234.2% in MG, 184.1% in Smite, and 116.5% in SL.
In SD, you don't have any end Redux, which is going to hurt you in any protracted fighting, plus, since you've enhanced damage, you're going to kill your fodder. Generally, I slot SD to either give me a set bonuses(usually Oblits for +melee def) or frankenslot for Acc/Rech/End so as to not kill fodder.
Without SD or FA running, Smite is falling shy of 95% Acc vs. +4, but the other attacks achieve it.
I'll throw out my original I18 DM/SR data chunk followed by a quickly modified I19 version, in which I've steered away from using HOs since you've not used them in your build. Both builds run MG>Smite>SL>Smite.
Notes on the I19 build: Since I see you've got your 5-year vet reward and, by the looks of your build you wanted two travel powers, SJ is taken at 6th level, SS at 14, and CJ is not taken at all so as to fit in Aid Self. Finally, SD does not have any purples in it, but I did use two purples in SL, which will be a much better investment of your influence. If you have the influence to spend, you could slot SL with 3 Golgi/3 Nucleolus HOs as well.
Here's my original DM/SR build - it's the I18 build, but will import into the new I19 Mids just fine:

Gaidin: For my new build I really wanted to use SL as a utility heal, even at the expense of attack chain damage. I'm not looking to do scrapper tricks like AV soloing/pylons/etc. I just want to jump into a huge mob of enemies and wipe them out quickly. So I've felt that using SL to keep me alive is more in line with my goals.
However, crunching the numbers I see that my SL is up after just over 3 seconds as slotted. Removing the Rech IO adds about a half second. Therefore, I've been thinking about dumping in a Hecatomb: DMG. Going a step further, I could drop in a DMG IO and nearly cap my damage, while maintaining heal, if I read the numbers correctly. Only thing I would sacrifice is a small amount of recovery and a half second of recharge.
As for SD, I'd really like to use it as a damage machine to kill off a good deal of minions. I'm not worried about endurance. My current build can fight its heart out and slowly but surely lose out on end if I do not take a break. That's why I love the utility of Dark Consump, something I noticed you avoided in your i18 build. I'll keep smashing til about 1/4 end, then hit DC which fills me right back up when slotted for end mod - even on just one target. On top of that I have Conserve Power if need be.
I intend on running FA constantly. While it is an end hog, the new build does have a better net end recovery (2.33/s vs 2.06/s) so I'm not entirely worried.
Also, I do not have 5 year vet. I just returned in October after a 3 year break

tl;dr Changes: Losing a Touch of Nictus (Acc/End/Heal maybe?) and Rech IO for Hecatomb DMG and DMG IO? Also, the biggest problem is apparently my LotGs. Advice of alternative slotting and where?
Excellent advice guys, mucho thanks

I would recommend adding in a few full sets of siphon insight. You get a double dose of defense, part of which is s/l.

Did you look at the I19 build I posted above? It should do all you're looking for and more.

any and all set or single io's (lotg 7.5's etc) bonuses fall under the rule of 5
My goals: Softcap (derp), be better than my old build. My old build used Maneuvers and Tactics, this time around I decided to try Body Mastery. Must give credit to whoever has the DM/SR named Gaidin, I used that heavily in influencing my current build.
So then, this build is at softcap, regen rate of 301%, max HP of 130.7%, Recov of 3.81/s, use of 1.48/s running FA. By the numbers, everything is better than my old build, which is nice. So, does anyone see any glaring holes I may have missed? It is a rather expensive build with 7 LotG's, 2 peices of Armageddon, and Numina/Miracle/RegenTissue procs, but I got the cash for it if the market settles down in the coming weeks.
