For some reason I thought you couldn't attack Hami when the other cells were up... is that from the old encounter, or am I just misremembering things?
How does the tank team taunt things? One for Hami while others try to taunt the yellows? Or are they all on Hami while they have healers on the team? Haven't heard about that part, so I'd like to know.

The second taunting team is the 'Yellow Taunters', or whatever the hell we're calling it (I lead the team and I don't even remember what we call it). That team's made up with as many taunting tanks/brutes as I can find at the raid. Each tank takes a yellow mito, pops an EoE before a wave, and taunts while Ele and the 'Yellow Strike' team hacks and slashes their way around Hami.
As for by-passing the 1/4 bloom, as we saw the first time we did it, when the tanks stayed and kept fighting Hami for additional damage, the yellow mitos, undistracted by a taunting tank, took some pot shots at some folks. So, when we do the rush job at the end, tanks get their hits in till we get to 1/4 health, then pull back to their assigned mitos (like all other blooms), and just taunt the yellows till Hami dies.

As for shards on the last wave, I am kind of undecided, I like a quick raid, but I also like shards.

From the start of the hunt to the end of the entire raid, it took 25 minutes. That's awesome for 53 merits!!!!!

If you haven't been to a Hami raid recently, I urge you to check it out. It's fast paced and everyone participates. There's a job, multiple jobs, for all AT's. No standing around waiting like with the old raids. Melee damage on yellow mitos, ranged damage on blue mitos, holds on the greens, taunting hami and the yellow mitos to keep splash damage off the damage dealers, throwing adrenaline boost/painbringer on the hami taunting tank to max out his regen, dishing out RA's to everyone for when the mitos respawn, giving out mez protection, speed boost, etc., etc..
And 53 merits (or a Hami-O) plus usually multiple shards in 30 minutes!

Hami raid less than 30 minutes from monster clearing to jello shooters. Gratz to all who won at the theme contest. Next week's theme to be determined later.

Never been part of the taunting crew, so it was fun to see that side of things. Got my Invuln/Mace to a Cardiac Boost tonight in part thanks to the raid, so that was great. Well run, and fun to see everyone working together. It's almost... too smooth!

Usually seems to do with how many of each AT you have, type of players, etc. Yellows were dropping faster this week than blues, but the week I brought a Blaster, we dropped the blues faster than the yellow team was clearing theirs (not saying this was all me, just that it can be different depending on team makeup, heh).
