i19 respec for psy/em blaster

Is PFF really that good in pvp? Last time I tried it was just after I13 and it was horrendous.
I haven't tried it myself, the activation time is what's keeping me away from it.

well all of our blaster builds on test used PFF, you just have to recognize you are the target then click a couple of greens as you start to evade and immediately hit PFF but remember to take into account the activation time. Once you are used to it, it is much better than hibernate.

What are your thoughts on how to respec a psy/em blaster with i19's inherent fitness and alpha slot? Do Psionic Tornado, Scramble Thoughts or Psychic Wail work in pvp? Would Assault be worth adding? How about Aid Self from the Medicine Pool? Would you choose the Cardiac Alpha Slot? My current build is heavily based on the "cheap" build posted by Psyrene several months ago.
