A shoutout to you guys!
There are a few out there that belong on my Global Ignore List, I think I have only put 2 on it that were not RMTers. 2 out of all of Guardian is not to bad.

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life. Winston Churchill
thats a big reason right there why i hate tf's. theres always one messing around.
and ive kicked a person for less so i can relate
Maybe, I've been lucky. I have never had to kick someone off a team for lack of following instructions or other unnecessary actions/behaviors. Granted....i've come close.

I was kicked several times for being a puppy. *sobs*
Most of us weren't there so it is right that we do not give an opinion whether BL00D was right or wrong because we know nothing about the situation. I note the people in this thread avoided doing so.
However, I know about BL00D's runs and his leadership so I will comment on that. BL00D runs great speed runs and while I don't often speed, I do enjoy his. Props for running so many TFs especially PuGs. They can be a pain but does maintain the interest of people who want to team but don't want that smelly star You always warn people it's a speed and you give instructions during the TF. It says a lot about your quality as a leader for giving the guy you'd had a problem previously with the benefit of the doubt. I've found that letting people mess up twice is a good indicator of whether they're worthwhile.
No idea what the problem was and frankly I don't care. Doubtful it was bad tactics on your part and even if it was, I know you - like any decent leader - will listen to an idea expecially via tell because we can all learn something. I for one never mind cribbing ideas.
It's sad it got to the stage that you had to kick, personally I'd rather they had the bottle to quit. That's fair enough early on; no one pays their fee to have a bad time. Any leader who whines at someone who quits because they think you're a bad leader is moronic and proves their point in my opinion. Kicking is so rare on Guardian, as are complete morons. I have a global ignore list of precisely two people. Same SG. I've taken other members of the same SG on my Master runs and they were absolutely lovely. Go figure.
Be delighted to catch you on the next speed run, BL00D. Pending Capa's Car Collection issues ..... *banghead*

Reason I only team with those ppl I know or have known in coh since the beginning (beta) I avoid PUGs like the plague Nothing against anyone its just if I don't know you I wont team with you but if I do its very very rare unless its someone that knows someone I know I give em a chance
Speaking for myself (and everyone has their own opinion and method), I am not totally against the PUG. Often in morning Shard TF runs, I end up having to get some players I have never played with before. For the most part, they play well and I would not have a problem in having PUG in regular TF runs.
Now, if it's a Master run, I would want a more seasoned player who knows how to play his/her character as well as can follow instructions closely and accurately. That alone helps any Master runs chance of success. I have been a part of many Mo runs with Capa who runs a tight ship and the reason I even have Mo badges is solely due to the way she runs the Mo's.
Each player has his/her own way to interact with other players (whether they are "newbies" or senior citizens of the game. In the end, for myself...I try to open the doors to anyone. I do have a couple of folks that are blocked, after giving them more than one chance. I try to be a little more tolerant of newbies and try to lend them a helping hand from time to time. I didn't get help playing the game when I started. After 6+ years, I hope I have gotten to the point that I can pass along some knowledge to a newbie and if I can, I will. If it helps them enjoy the game and keep them engaged in the game, then I feel I did my little itty bitty part.
Guardian is a great community and this has been my home for my entire time in this game, so much so that I don't have another character on any other server. I have met many wonderful players that I interact with outside the confines of the game. This community far extends the game itself and it's a testament to the many good folks here.

A few days ago I had a run in with a certain player who I have had problems with in the past. But I like to try to give people a chance to redeem themselves if it seems plausible. Long story short, they threatened to quit an STF in the fourth mission, and they had the temp power when I specifically asked another player to take it. So I asked the team who was standing near me in local chat if they minded if I kicked him and we did a short tf. Most of the players being my friends and fed up with his nonsense said yes and it led to a great LGTF. Tonight it got brought up again in Level 50 chat, and hopefully others won't have to deal with it.
All that being said, I really love most of you Guardianites, and even though I've been playing there for most of my 6+ years, I still meet new people that I have to make room for on my gfriend list. So this is just a little thank you to all my friends and other who I have teamed w/ or will team with that are competent and generally pleasant to team with, most of you know who you are and this doesn't really need to turn into a popularity contest. Just wanted to thank you guys for keeping me interested and FEEDING MY NEED TO LEAD!
