It's hard to say without having access to your badge info screen. I didn't see anything obvious in your Badge-Hunter info. It might be something like you have one of the "temporary" Katie TF badges on your character that's not being accepted by Badge-Hunter. You might just have to break down and manually count the number of badges you have in each section to narrow down the culprit.

Hmm... I had problem with Vet badge. It was awarded silently to all my toons, so I had to manually set its title.

Bohmfalk, try verifying your badges again with set titles and Herostats, just do it a bit slower.

I recently had three badges unregistered on Badge-Hunter.com: Socialite (Accolade), Gallant (Achievement) and Resolute (Veteran). I didn't even notice when they'd been removed, so I had to pour over my badge listings to figure out which ones weren't showing up properly this weekend.
These were the badges that suffered duplicate naming issues, but were all renamed in a patch a couple weeks ago.
Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges
Mission Architect arcs: Doctor Brainstorm's An Experiment Gone Awry, Arc ID 2093

I have this problem too and tried the new titan program and it added 3 badges I should already have and now my badge total is 2 more than what I already have ingame. The hero respec accolades are the badges it added so they must be part of the problem.

I would suggest you manually look and compare what is on the site to what you have on your character in game. There is no way for myself or anyone else to let you know what badge you are missiing as we don't have access to your character.
As for the Resolute, Gallant and Socialite, these issue were corrected when the devs renamed the badges to their proper names after they were aware of the duplicate name issue. I had removed these 3 badges from all characters so that there were no mix-ups.
In the future if you have an issue, please don't hesitate to contact me ingame or send me a PM on the badge-hunter forums. I will do everything I can to help you

Aaaaand I found it! I was just missing Socialite, a Day Job Accolade. TheUnnamedOne's in-game badge reporter tool came in handy here figuring out what I had and didn't.
