Power Pool Customization is something they want to do but is somewhat low priority. I have to think it'll be coming within the next few issues, though.

I'm quite sure the Devs would like to give us options for these. It's just a matter of when they can do it.
Remember it took them years to add what power customization we do have so I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.
There's always hope of course...

I considered getting hasten for my BS/SR, but she's already at an inherent 45% recharge boost and that's more than enough for her to always have an attack on hand, in fact, she rarely uses all her attacks anymore...
Hasten would improve her build up and elude recharge times, but that's it...not really worth the endurance burn....

I only buy Hasten on characters who have it as part of their concept. That makes two so far (one of whom is a classic speedster), out of over a dozen.

Edit: That is to say, it's low priority not because people don't want it, it's because there are alot of things already in the works that people want more.

...They should just take a poll and see if people want them to just eliminate the FX from Hasten altogether if they can't make it customizable. I know none of my hastened characters want it.
