What specific recipe to buy?
Check the price/A-Merit ratio on the non-proc Kinetic Combat pieces, especially the ones that cost one merit. I haven't looked at them recently and I know they've declined, but for a while they had a pretty nice price ratio. Obliteration Quads might be worth checking, too, but I think their price dropped too far to be competitive.
Other than that, those you listed are your big three. Be sure to check those at both their max and minimum levels, since when buying specific recipes you can choose the level you get it at.
Edit: Oh, check the Blessing of the Zephyr knockback protection IOs, again at both 50 and 10.

Looks like the kinetic combat triple at level 35 may be the win -- selling for more than any of the procs are!
ETA: Whoops, those take two merits too. Still, they're selling for more. But my toon with the a-merits can't buy level 35s yet.

The Dmg/End Kinetic Combat is the 1-A-merit piece that you should check. The Acc/Dmg is uncommon, the Dmg/Rech is pool 'B', and the knockdown is less desired, so the prices on those should be a lot less. (Though last I checked the Dmg/Rech it was more pricey that I'd thought it would be.)
If you're just looking for cash, and are willing to risk the rolls, I would take them at lvl 25, 30, 33, 35, 40. I would, however, not recommend rolling on the 30-34 chart. Nothing but misery for me on that front recently, crowded with mezz recipes that no one wants. 25-29 and 35-39 have been way more successful (2 miracles, 3 LotG +rech, 1 numina, 2 stealths, 1 BotZ -kb, 1 Kinetic Combat triple, 1 Theft of Essence +end).
One other one to check: lvl 30 Basilisk Quad was selling crafted for 150 million at some point recently. It's 2 A-merits.
Level 15 Celerity +Stealth
Any of the big hitters are sure inf.
Any Basi, Lotg 7.5, Kin Com's (except acc/dam), are gonna net over 150mil.
A character can't make a straight purchase more than 3 above its level?

I could be misremembering. It's been a while since I tried that.

3 above. My level 30 can buy 33s but not 34s.
If you're level 30 or 35 you might do pretty well with the random rolls. I'll give you the bailout option (mail the losers to me, I'll give you 10 million each for them.)

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
roll lowest lvl LotG 7.5 u can
Don't forget the Theft of Essence +end proc. Back before A-merits, those were going close to 150M too. Dunno what they are now, but worth at least keeping an eye out.

Hmm, 35 A-merits can get you a PvP IO that is over the cap.
Or it can get you 17.5 (I know, only 17, but work with me here) high demand recipes that currently net 150mm apiece which is 2.625bn.
I'm intrigued to see how/if prices move from here now that many people have blocks of them saved up.
Ooh, a sarcasm detector. Oh, that's a *real* useful invention. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technolog...t-sarcasm.html
Best I've found yet was Kin Combat 2-aspect (forget which one) which costs one a-merit and sells for about 100m crafted. None of the two-merit recipes seem to be worth over 200m.
That may be obsolete now, market is good at correcting.
I have two a-merits on a character.
What would you recommend buying with intent to sell it? Presumably one of the two-merit procs (or 10 random rolls, but that seems risky).
The ones I've seen talked about are:
LotG recharge
Numina +regen/recovery
Miracle +recovery
Are there others that are similarly valued?
