Bots/Traps, Seeing if I missed anything.
Hmm you probably could move slots from Web Nade to Electrifying Fences, as you'd be best using it alot to stop your bots knocking things out of the Incendiary Missiles burn patches.
You also have a fair amount of defense (Bearing in mind that you should get ~10% defence from your Protector Bots)
You should survive fine.
I'm a bit curious here: are you purposely ignoring the Protector Bot Bubble?
Currently I make that build a little over 57% Melee Defence and 51% to Ranged and AoE. You can actually drop Tough (Moving the Reactive Armors to the Epic Shield so it's Res, Res/End, Res/End/Rech, Steadfast) and Weave and still be softcapped to Melee, and just 0.3% under softcap for Ranged/AoE. A bit more defence than 45% can be useful to have as a buffer to counter defence debuffs - but as /Traps doesn't get any Defence Debuff resistance you'll probably not notice any difference between 45% and 57%... so once you get debuffed, you're relying on BG mode and Damage Resistance. And the -Rech from Webnade and Poison Trap. And the -Damage from Seeker Drones And the +regen from Triage beacon. And Aid Self. Is it any wonder /Traps is the premier Tankermind set?
Personally I'm a big fan of Aid Other on MMs. Repair is pants, frankly. MMs don't get particularly bothered by Endurance Drains and Bot henchmen are light on Endurance consumption anyway (exception of Protector Bots Post-32, and even then one Endred is all they need), I've never found a use for it that either Triage Beacon or Aid Other can't handle. Triage is particualrly helpful when you're Tankerminding or debuffed/standing in Caltrops and can't fire off Aid Other due to being interrupted.
Some people also swear by Hasten for /Traps, in order to get the deployables up sooner. But again, I've found that I've not really missed it as long as I manage to accumulate enough Global Recharge to give me Perma Triage (90 secs) and Poison Trap (40 secs) and double-stacked Acid Mortar (80 sec debuff, recharges in 40).
The below is my Bot/Traps' i19 build. A tad expensive but Softcapped to everything. The emptys in TP are for 3-slotting Stamina and sticking the Numina/Miracle Procs in Health.

My only real regrets for this build is the lack of Aid Self and the fact that the PvP +Def IO is so bloody expensive. If I could snag that one, I'd softcap Psionic, too, and then not have to worry about much at all.
I like switching the six-slot Immob to Electric Fences, because now I can have fun proc'ing Web'nade.
I'm not purposely ignoring it. I'm purposely pushing myself up beyond just the basic softcap so, even against some minor defense debuffs, I don't have to deal with them much. Also, you mention the lack of defense debuff yourself, then tell me I can/should lose some of my resistance?
Also, I'd gladly get Aid Other/Self if I could, but it's not something that can easily be done. I'm purposely pushing myself overboard on defense, hence me keeping Tough/Weave.

While I obviously have different opinions about what would be beneficial to take (I think that the Medicine pool for Aid Other and Aid Self, and Hasten, will benefit you more than the Fighting pool and Flying pools...) There is one major issue I see.
Your Protector Bots aren't going to be doing much protecting with that slotting. Why? Because they will be constantly out of endurance!
I know you probably don't want to do this, but drop Edict Defense bonus enhancement for either the Damage/Endurance or Accuracy/Endurance from Blood Mandate. Or, even better, use a generic Endurance Reduction IO, so that the endurance discount applies when the Protector Bot is healing and bubbling, too...

Hover/flight isn't for defense or anything, it's because I want it. Just because I'm trying for a near-perfect build doesn't mean I won't let my strangeness affect it. Really, hover is probably the worst choice because most of the traps you need to be grounded for anyways.
I was mostly joking about the psionic defense. I'm 3 points away from the softcap, and I can probably count the number of times that will come into effect on one hand.
Hasten's always been an 'ew' choice for me that I only take on builds that need that recharge. This build doesn't, it has more than enough to work with.
My protector bot endurance never even crossed my mind. Thank you for the warning on that one. COnsidering the fact I'll be provoking them to me, and the 30-40% defense they would mostly have already, dropping the Edict +def wouldn't be that bad.
Serious question, would the generic Endred IO be better than the +def/+to-hit/+endred Hami-o?

Go with an Enzyme rather than a Cyto, for higher +Defence.
Protector Bots only need about one SOs worth of Endred to never run dry.
Enzyme says defense debuff...Am I missing something? I don't normally play with hami-os.

I'm sure there are others who can explain it better than I, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with DefDebuff and DefBuff both being different aspects of the same attribute, Defense. It's the power itself that either buffs or debuffs Defense, so the enhancement is only adjusting the base number of that power. Due to the fact that Hami-O's adjust multiiple components of powers, you can legally throw an Enzyme in any power that accepts EndRed's because Enzyme also adjusts that component. Once it's slotted, you'll get +33.3% enhancement to Defense vs. the +20% you would get from a Cyto, because DefDebuff is a higher schedule than DefBuff. In this way, you can reach ED for Defense in only 2 slots and, as a result, Enzymes are in great demand and don't come cheap. Plan to spend at least 2-3 times more for an Enzyme than a Cyto. Hopefully, that was correct and not too confusing. Maybe someone will come along and explain it more clearly or point you to a post where it's better explained.
- The laws of science were, first, God's laws. We didn't make them, we just gave them a name...likely not the name their creator gave them.
- No, no. Humans made them. The same way we made gravity, the atomic bomb, Cheetos, babies, and water.
That's a pretty good explanation -- It is a known exploit with Hami-Os. A Hami-O that debuffs Defense can be used to also buff Defense, assuming some other aspect of the Hami-O will fit in the power. A Hami-O that debuffs ToHit will also buff ToHit. (The one I haven't tried is whether Damage and Resistance Debuffs are also interchangable . . . not sure on that one. Most powers with Resistance debuffs do not allow it to be buffed.)
But warning -- it is an exploit, and if the Devs ever fix it, you have no right to complain. However, the exploit has been in place as long as Hami-Os have been around, so it is unlikely to ever get fixed.
LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)
Guide Links: Earth/Rad Guide, Illusion/Rad Guide, Electric Control
There aren't any -Dmg or -Res HOs. There are of course, +Dmg (many) and +Res (Ribosome) HOs. Sonic and Thermal shields accept Range enhancements; Centriole boosts Range and Damage, so 2 Centrioles will exceed ED. Note this only works in the ally shields and not anything from epics or Sonic Dispersion, because they don't take Range enhancements.
In addition to Enzymes, Lysosomes give Acc/-ToHit (and +ToHit)/-Def (and +Def). These are great in certain MM pets, Robots among them as it benefits from Acc, -ToHit (seekers) and +Def (bubbles). Thug Enforcers get the biggest bang for the buck, getting Acc, +ToHit (Tactics), -Def (all their attacks) and +Def (Maneuvers).
Edit - I think Local_Man must have meant to see if Damage HOs enhanced -Res. I'd bet big inf that the answer's no, since there's really no means to enhance -Res, outside of some wacky interaction with -Dmg that I've never understood. Also, most anyone with Sonic Attack that's used HOs would probably have leaked the info out. Still, only one to know for sure...
Global = Hedgefund (or some derivation thereof)
That's...Remarkably interesting, and not something I'll look into. I'll take the lesser values and not have to worry about exploit fixes. Thanks for the info, though, but with my luck, the moment I actually get one slotted, they'll fix it.

That said, Traps is one of those sets where it becomes obviously more effective the faster the powers recharge. Multiple Acid Mortars, for one, is a very beautiful thing. Setting up a mine field including two or three Poison Traps? Quite nasty to anything that stumbles into it.
And, of course, the moment you encounter your first Ballista, you are going to understand why you want to be able to spam Web Grenade.
Still, your prerogative...
-This Space Intentionally Left Blank.-
With my current build, Web'nade recharges in 2.689 sec (can go lower, one of the slots is a damage proc), Caltrops in 21.58, Triage in 81.22, Acid Mortar in 36.67, PGT in 37.71, Seeker Drones in 41.35...If that's not fast enough, trying to work with Hasten won't do too much more. I suppose slotting more recharge would let me triple-stack Acid Mortars, but why bother? Most of the effects would kill anything that would be a problem anyway.

Arc 503982 "Dimension Xi Epsilon 22-10" Part one of a multi-part arc.
The main reason to use Hasten is AV / GM soloing. Acid Mortars stack, so the more of them you can lay down the faster an AV dies. Likewise, getting Poison Trap's recharge under 30 seconds eliminates having a period where the AV's regen isn't debuffed (I don't know if the regen debuff stacks or not).

British by act of union, English by grace of God, Northern by pure good fortune!
I've decided to embrace the idea that, as a MM, especially a bots/Traps, it is my duty to do everything I can to never die, regardless on what it attacking me. So I went to work, putting a build together that should (emphasis should) keep my alive.
However, just because I think it will, doesn't mean it will, and I'm curious as to what others think about it. My only problem so far is that I don't have Aid Self (no more pool powers available) and I don't have Electric Fences slotted that well. Neither of which I know how to fix, hence asking.
Edit- Would it be worth it to move all the slots from Web Grenade to Electric Fences, and just leave Web'nade with one or two slots? I'm pretty sure it's doable, but I'd have to figure out the slotting by level to do that.
