So, how many of you have...
Mine is not like that. It usually goes:
50's sorted on when they hit fifty first - > last.
then 49 ->1 with registration date in mind if multiple chars are at same level.
It is all good times
Set up each of your rows of character slots to house villain-only, hero-only, and Vigilante/Rogue-only characters?
When Going Rogue was released, I originally had my first row of character slots for Villains/Rogues, second row for Heroes/Vigilantes, and third row for Praetorians. But, I've noticed I have more full-time Vigilantes/Rogues that I dedicated an entire character row to them. Of course, Praetorians fit into my Vigilante/Rogue row until they hit level 20 and I decide on which path they take. So, anyone else as crazy as me? >.> |
I go by servers. I have 6 servers of heroes, 3 servers of villains, and 1 mixed hero/Praetorian server (since the Praetorians will be heading blueside when they're done).
@Doctor Gemini
Arc #271637 - Welcome to M.A.G.I. - An alternative first story arc for magic origin heroes. At Hero Registration you heard the jokes about Azuria always losing things. When she loses the entire M.A.G.I. vault, you are chosen to find it.
I only have the character slots given by default and vet rewards, and only play on one server. This makes organizing pretty easy!
First page is heroes and heroic-flavored praetorians. Heroes are on top, sorted in order of how much I am currently interested in them, then praetorians, sorted the same way.
Second page is those poor saps stuck in the rogue isles, also sorted by how interested I am in them at the moment.
I have to clear out a couple slots soon. I've got only one or two left, and several characters I just don't play.
My characters are arranged mostly by their interconnection, along with their place in plot arcs - characters whose storylines are closely intertwined are next to each other. The Dawnites are generally on one page, the Twilighters on another, and the Midnighters get their little corner.
Dawncaller - The Circle of Dawn
Too many blasted alts to list, but all on Virtue.
My crew are arranged into two basic groups... The bird-things on pages 1 and 2, and the "non-birds" on page 3.
With my Elysion bird-brains, I tend to build characters that are connected in some way to others in the group... Siblings, cousins, partners, parents, children or what-have-you... So on the two "bird group" pages, my toons have ended up ordered by family or personal affiliation more than alignment, level or origin. Palrah is listed next to Ty'ree, for instance (they're brother and sister-), and Winter Sky and Summer Night (mates) will always be placed together, with Spring Rose (their daughter) and Song of Autumn (her grandmother).
The "non-birds" are a lot less complicated. I just have them arranged into Heroes and Villains and listed in the order they were created. 'Nothing fancy for those guys.
@Brightfires - @Talisander
That chick what plays the bird-things...
My heroes are all on Virtue, villains on Freedom and preatorians on Justice. After that they are stacked according to how often I play them.
