Here's a crazy thought. How about hmmmm moving to the next area? Neutropolis is level 15-20. Level to 15, get your Neutropolis contacts and then finish and go to Paragon/Rogue Isle.
I wish to finish my contacts first. I want the merits and badges. There's no good reason not to have a field analyst in at least one of the zones.

Also, upping the difficulty will make it so you level up even faster, so it wouldn't help you finish contacts.
Finally, it was announced at NYCC that they were going to add difficulty sliders in Praetoria with Issue 19.

And there is no field personnel because if there was people would just power level and skip all there is to do in Praetoria.
I've said it before and I'll keep saying it until it's implemented.
Automatically exemplar the character to the selected mission level.

I know people will get on here and say things like "They want to make sure we work through the arcs" and such, but I'm fighting freaking blues at lvl 14!
I've been through the arcs, both above and below ground, multiple times. Give us a freaking field analyist already! I'm about ready to stop playing in Praetorea altogether!
