Actually, I believe Champion has the highest PvP'er population currently... or at least thats what were attempting to accomplish. we want Champion to be the PvP'ers home
We have n awesome going currently and another starting in 1 week thats still takin sign ups, room for 7-8 more, already have 60+ people confirmed. Check it out in the Champion forums stickys.

I thought Freedom, had the highest Zone PVPer population out of all the servers?!?. I am not talking about just fightclub groups in the zones, or arena pvpers, but zone.

freedom is the best choice for pvp unless you like to rpfc the same 5 people.
many would rather put up with lag than to play on an empty wasteland server.
judging by your post, poor attitude and lack of zone pvp understanding you should really be careful about using the word moron.
cry more about how zone pvp was designed to function.

As an infinity native, leading up to and just after i13 my global list was slimmed down by about 2/3's as a good many people moved on to other games. Some have made it back for a short time only to leave again, but most have stayed away.
I tried a few times to get some KB's going for new PvP'ers and what not but you'd mostly see some scrappers show up.
Freedom is where you go to PvP in zones. During and just before the Freedom League it had some nice KB's ( 8 v 8's with 2 support on each side)
ATM Champion I'd say is where you'd go for Arena/KB style matches, though they are kickball in the true sense where lineups are screwy, support is sometimes onesided or non existent, but people are for the most part on vent and there is some semblance of spikes. (Even though sometimes it just gets to the point where you can spam enough damage to out heal what limited support there is)
So PVP is still alive?!
I'm on Infinity and haven't found a soul in the zones.
How often are people in the zones and which ones?

You want good, fun, organized pvp? Come over to champion. The current League going is at 80+ people entered on rosters.

Or I guess you could go to freedumb and has epic times in da zone pvp's

Guess I gotta move a toon to Champion and Freedom.
And to each his own, I loved zone pvp. At its height, it was just super fun and there was a little community which I enjoyed.
I liked the free-for-all aspect of the zones.

Competitive PvP and KB matches are the worst way to try and earn PvPIOs.
If you are in Zones to PvP... You are doing it wrong.
Also, if you are looking to PvP competitively freedom isn't the place to do that. Freedom has taken Justices place as the fiteclub server.

Being the best player in CoH, I've earned over 10 trillion PvPIOs in a very short time due to players with names like "Terminal Lad".
Wasn't the Test server the default PvP home (because people from any server could copy their characters there for free)?

On freedom RV almost always has people in it and Sirens Call usually does too. Some people are into Arena and team pvp and swear by it, running the same generic team. But at the end of the day, to each it's own. You'll likely find more people in zone on freedom than arena.
