On the other hand Mustafa doesn't have the body bulk for Luke. So a good compromise would be Terry for Luke Cage but only if we get Isiah for Black Panther. And only if both are taken seriously.
Whatever the results I don't want to see Marvel start turning out campy versions of their properties. They definitely don't need to go the way of Schumachers Batman.

I don't think they should do Luke Cage too seriously. He could be a somewhat more adult version of Ben Grimm.

I think he could do the role. I've seen many comedy actors successfully make the switch to more serious, dramatic roles - Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, Bill Cosby to name a few. I think Isaiah Mustafa could totally do this role.
Unlike a lot of other well built black actors, Terry Crews has that "hood" look to him. If he played it like Shaft with superpower with a touch of Dolomite, it would be perfect.
