Chain Induction?
I don't know the exact chance, although I've found it happens more often than not.
One thing I will say about the power though, is that if it kills the target, or the target dies at the same time as Chain Induction hits, it will not jump to a new target.
I'll ditto what Flint mentioned. I've seen it hit everyone in a mob of 4 or larger more often then not.

Yeah, it's a good power to use early on in a fight, rather than towards the end (and with mobs fairly close together). That way it won't stop because it dropped the target, and will chain on to a fair amount of mobs. Doing that, pretty easy to see it hit 3-5 mobs. I think my Brute uses that then Thunderstrike... fun to watch it chain through mobs while their doom is looming.

I have an Elec/Elec Brute and the only time I have seen Chain Induction fail to jump is when the target dies to the Chain Induction. Example: Use Chain Induction to kill a Warrior and it will not jump to the Warrior next to him. Basically any death directly from the Chain Induction seems to stop it. Chain Induction does enough damage that I use it like a single target attack and the jumps are a nice bonus and aggro grabber.

If i recall correctly, if the power misses at any point, then it stops jumping. Each jump has it's own accuracy; the first one has the greatest, and each sucsessive jump has a bit less.

If the first one hits, and the target doesn't die, it goes to the next and is 100% accurate.
It will stop when the target dies from the damage or when it has done what I think is 5 jumps.
Thank you very much. That is very helpful.
Is it still bugged so that it doesn't work with a proc IO?

I'm considering Electric Melee for my next tanker, but I'm a little confused by the Chain Induction power.
It says that it "may" jump from one person to another, but what does "may" mean? Does it mean 90% or 10%? How many enemies does it normally hit?
I'm just a little confused.
