Agreed. But I guess Square felt that people wanted graphics more than extra dungeons.

Another reason I hear that DLC dungeons got cut was due to "It would detract too much from the story"

And previous Final Fantasy games didn't have dungeons and content that had nothing to do with the story?

At least for Halo games they put the effort into them. the CoD series is getting pumped out every year like the Saw films.
