I doubt any old zones are going to be redone unless there's a reasonable excuse for them being co-op, a la Rikti Crash Site becoming the Rikti War Zone.

Just for example, I'd like to see the Kraken show up somewhere in the Rogue Isles once in awhile. And maybe Deathsurge could make an appearance in Paragon.
