Super Reflex or general scrapper questions.
So I have a dm/sr scrapper and he's pretty much IO'd out at every power. But I don't have any purples. So I have a few questions if anyone can answer.
My current max hit points displays a number that is colored blue. Does that mean I've reached the cap for super reflex? Or for scrappers overall? Or does it mean nothing. Also, does anyone know what the max regeneration is for a super reflex or scrapper? Last, what about recovery and max endurance? Thank you everyone who can help with my questions |

The blue number is the maximum amount of hit points that you have at that time.

Scrapper Max Health at level 50 is 2409.5
My live claws/SR has 1953 max health, planning (rather long term) on pushing that to 2028. Guessing somewhere next century that might happen Likely build will get further tweaking with i19 and i20 Incarnate stuff coming making all the planned stuff change anyway.
As far as I can tell, it means nothing. Blue just means your current HP is at your max HP and you don't need anymore healing. Nothing hit you! Not that your max is at the scrapper HP cap.

Mine is at 1700 something and I'm not sure what else i can do to get him much higher other than maybe changing some of my sets for the purple sets.
Does getting closer to the 2400 depend on your power choice for scrapper?
WP gets a HP boost from High Pain Tolerance, and then others like Invul get it based on a click, ie Dull Pain. You can also boost max HP via accolades.

doom, may i inquire a little bit as far as how you got yours that high?
Do you have a lot of purple sets or a lot of accolades or something else?
Cuz in my build I got no purples and the only accolades I got is portal jockey, atlas medallion, and freedom phalanx. I'm only at 1770. Would switching sets that have "max hit point" bonuses to purple sets make up for the ~200 difference between my build as yours?
Or is it more off the sets that Claws can take versus dark melee?
I noticed that some of my sets have like 1.15% towards health max.
Would switching like 3 of those sets to ones that have 1.5% towards health max make the difference?
I'm at 1796, and would be at 1863 if I had Task Force Commander. 313% regen. It's an old build, though, so no Physical Perfection or PvPs or anything. I19 might be a good reason to finally upgrade.

Only have one purple set that contributes to +max health ... Apocalypse in Focus. Soulbound Allegiance, the Pet Damage set, does as well but for obvious reasons pre GR that was not an option, but now it could be as well.
First thing I noticed is you could gain the Task Force Commander accolade (about 67 more +max health).
Greta, my main, has a passive regeneration of 28 hp/sec at her current health of 1953. Pushing that to 2028 adds 1 hp/sec and requires 15 pvp IO's >>> 5 sets of 3 each from Shield Wall, hence my thinking that I'll be lucky to get there this century.
This is essentially her current live build. Technically never finished off the Ragnarok's in Shockwave ... still has a Nucleolus and 2 Centrioles in there. The added range is addictive. Suspect one of the bigger differences between BZB and my build is likely to be recharge. Guessing BZB has a bit more pushing the dps limits. I know I'm giving up some by not completing the Ragnarok in Shockwave if nothing else.

I do enjoy playing Greta and always have even when I was a total newb and I could hardly fight my way out of a wet paper bag with her sometime back in i4. I also know the above build is capable of and has done a fair number of "stupid scrapper tricks". So I have little doubt it's also a very effective build. It's also most certainly not the only way to get there.
Which begs the question, which way would you go?
I just finished my build on my Ele/SR. 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with him
I worked his HP up to 1953 with this build. regen at 316 152% recharge with hasten.

Nope ive found im fast enuff with quickness+ninjarun for most things and the vet jet pack when I need to jump over the distance of the map.
Laser eyes I got for the casual pvp I do. And a place to put the purples yes
