Nvm, didn't read the whole of your post. I'm not exactly sure why you'd be able to pick the level 44 powers without the level 41. Guessing it's a bug as I've not heard anyone else make mention of it.
its a bug the pools should grant access to all powers at appropriate levels. Castle knows and they will eventually be fixed.

If you check the community digest for the build on test right now, I believe the fix is on test. So... coming soon. Not sure if that's this next week or not: just whenever they think the build is ready.

I've had various stuff greyed out at times recently, fo no apparent reason too. It was fixed by just turning on and off Walk, of all things.

Just wondering if this is intended or not, but my tanker is unable to select "electrifying fences," as well as Mako's and Black Scorpion's lvl 41 immob powers (Ghost Widow's is selectable). The power is grey'd out and I'm forced to take mu lightning. It allows me to choose ball of lightning at lvl 44, and skips right over the other lvl 41 power.
Is this working as intended, or am I bugged? Hopefully it is a bug.
