I do have a question along these lines. I have a hero stalker from Praetoria. As expected I have APP powers. However these powers don't crit from hide. I'm not sure if this is working as intended or not? I do know the PPPs do crit from hide.
Too many alts to list.
As a scrapper, my APP attacks have crits. Are you saying you don't get even random crits from yours? Can't really comment on no crit from hide, but that doesn't make sense.

I am assuming they need to do the same thing for PPP powers.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
Have they fixed the MM Chill Mastery APP yet? Apparently one of the early powers, I forget which one, randomly critted and didn't count for unlocking the rest. It's... annoying.
Edit: Also, MM APPs in themselves are wonky. Why do 2 have shields and 2 don't, and why didn't MMs get Munitions Mastery when Blasters do, and they get similar APPs (Don't talk about the number of weapons or whatever that reason was--MMs get Mace Mastery, too)

Um, guys? We're not talking about crits. We're talking about incorrect behavior of the power selection mechanism. That's what Castle is asking for, and that's what Castle will fix if we show him what's wrong.
I told you about a power selection problem. It just also involved crits. And odd power selection for APP sets.

I sent castle a PM about this a week ago (to no response, guess I shouldn't have mentioned pvp in the PM) but my scrapper picked up levi master and those attacks are, atleast in the detailed info, only suppose to crit out of hide/placate and never random crit. i'd assume this is the same way for all other PPPs on scraps but i've only tested sharks.
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

Too many alts to list.
I have no swapped sides on many toons but I know that tank PPPs are not working properly. Not all of them offer the first two choices of powers. There may be other ATs with this problem as well.
