I have but considering I have Dark Consumption in my builds I find that slot can be used else where.

Somewhat related: since some electric melee/electric blast powers drain end and return end, how does the Perf Shifter proc work in those cases?

Still, try the Energy Manipulator: Chance to Stun proc, 10% chance for a Mag 2 stun is all kinds of goodness (cheap too).
How would this thing work in Lightning Field? Would it give me endurance or would it trigger opposite and give it to my enemies? And if it does work for me, does it work all the time or only when I'm targeting enemies?
