could always just ask for icon/tailer in sg/vg base, since we already get a tp to get there from anywhere lol
Go for both. Portable tied with - oh, I don't know, the day job, and one in the base (along with a market interface, please) as well.

I'd actually stop ignoring bases as being the useless pieces of space and dev resources that they currently are.
