Yes I know it sucks. I know it can be frustrating. I know that it'll be nice finding others with similar problems to commiserate with. But if all the other threads are old, this could imply that the system wide fix helped most but not you.
Then work the support system until your problem is resolved. We, other players, can't help you. Keep poking your service ticket, not creating new ones. Worse case PM one of the CS reps like Ocho.
It's a lot like telling all your neighbors that your cable is still out. They can't help you. Only riding the cable company service center can help until the problem is solved.

YOUR bitterness is not appreciated here. I am also having the same problem, my friends included on guardian, but none of us felt the need to troll the forums to get unneeded attention and start a flame war because we were upset with the situation brought on by the server error.

Hi, starting my own thread, because I have this issue with the ghost toons on character select screen. Can't delete the one (or play either of them...get database error) and the other I never tried to delete!!! It just turned ghost!! They both have villain icons beside them, when they should be loyalist icons. They are invisible, and can't be deleted!
I know this was an issue when GR 1st came out, but haven't heard of it lately. Until that other thread someone started! I hope this gets looked into soon! I did send petitions.
On Guardian.
EDIT: OK, I must have tried to delete the other one too. I tried a 3rd for kicks....and yes, cannot delete any toon on Guardian. Me anyways. So I have no slots!!! (having GR opening day flashbacks!!!!)
Any comment from a Mod/Dev??? Is it just me or is this an issue again?? Last time it was said to be because store was down. Store appears to be up this time.
