Subscription renewal question
I believe that you have to cancel your billing with your old card first, through the account management page, and then set up billing with whatever new card you have. You will not be able to pay in advance, but this would allow you to keep going with no lapse in time.
If your account does try to charge your old credit card, fails, and unsubscribes you, then you put in the new credit card info, you will not lose any Vet reward time, except that you will be set back by however many days between the time the billing fails and you get your new billing info set up.

I have done this; just cancel the card which is on your account info page. Do it now, don't let NCSoft try and take money and let it bounce.
Cancelling the billing info means you will still be able to play the time paid.
Then just buy additional game time with a new credit card which you can add on to your account; this will be charged now (IIRC) and add on to your existing time.

Also, if you have Paypal, you can use it to make a one-time purchase of sub time - like time cards, that happens immediately.

Just reinforcing here. Canceling your account doesn't mean that you will lose access to the game or your prepaid time. It just means that when the prepaid time runs out it won't automatically renew. If you cancel the account then reopen it with the new credit card then things will go on as usual with either automatic renewal or not depending on how you set it up. Canceling the account is the ONLY way to change credit cards.

No, you can go into billing and remove your card. Same difference but without the "why are you leaving" survey. Then simply purchase new time at whatever subscription plan of your choosing.

Although if you go through the survey and choose "financial they seem to give out a free time code from time to time.

I tried asking this through official channels, but never got an answer, so I thought I would ask here.
Without going into a whole long story, the basics are this: Last year, I knew I was getting rid of my credit card, but before I did, I paid for a full year for each of my two accounts. They are due to renew soon and I no longer have that credit card, which my account will try to access for an automatic renewal.
I am now using pre-paid credit cards for any online transactions I make. I wanted to add time in advance to my accounts, but do not see the option anywhere. The only option is to add time with a time card, but time cards are virtually non-existant around me (and not as good a value, since I believe they only let you add a month at a time).
So, as I see it, the only option I have is to wait for my account to try to renew, fail and then get cancelled. Then once it has expired, I can reactivate it. I just prefer not to do this, as I am not sure how this affect things like vet rewards and such.
Any info would be appreciated.
