I just got hover but cant use it/find it
Click the small up arrow just below and to the right of the powers window. That will give you another tray of powers. On the new tray, it probably says 1 all the way to the left. Click the arrow to the right of that so you're now on tray 2 (you have 9 or 10 of these trays). Now grab the circle next to the word Hover and drag it into the new tray.
Not only am I too slow, I didn't even include graphic references!!

See that up arrow right above your sprint icon? you can click that a couple times to open two more trays. you can also click the plus (+) icon to open even more.
If hover doesn't appear in one of those trays, you can drag it from the powers menu that you have open in that pic into an open slot.
Awesome, thanks y'all
In fact, I would reorganize your tray so that Sprint, Rest and those temporary powers are all in your second tray. You can put Hover there as well if you want to get it out of the way. (you might bind it to a key like "H" with /bind h "powexec_name Hover")
I find it easiest to put all the most common powers in the tray where just the number keys will activate them.
Another tip is that if you keep clicking on the icon, after three trays it will close back to one. If you press Alt, that second tray will pop up, and pressing a number key (Alt-number) will activate that power in the second tray.
(Honestly, I find that popup action annoying and always disable it, but you may find it useful )
Everyone organizes their trays differently. For the last six years, I've had a first row with "9" for my travel power and "0" for Sprint. It is only natural to me to use 1-4 for hotkey attacks- anything that goes in the 5 or 6 slot takes effort to hit, and anything in the 7-8 slots means I have taken my hand off the WASD keys.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
Personally I play up/down/left/right instead of WASD as I'm left handed.
the very first thing i do is open more trays, as you have been shown how (but its worth noting that Alt Gr (next to space bar) does it too)
movements go in tray 2, and get bound to non-numerical numpad buttons (+, enter etc)
tray 1 is all numerical numpad keys and the keys above the arrows get bound to any other powers I need to use alot too.
This I find to be my optimum play style, and its pretty awesome you can do it imo. Hardlocked keybinding is the worst thing a game can do ever.
I just got Hover, and I can't find it to use it. It's not in my tray of power icons to click, but it shows that I have it when I click on powers to view them. Can anyone help me?
