They do stack. I bet it has to do with the fact that it does both. That and how it works on the body. Probly shares the slot with SS and SJ

And that is exactly why it doesn't stack with either SS or SJ or CJ. You can only have one jump and one run power. Ninja is both. So you can't add anything else to it.

Yeah, those are also auto and not toggle.
