DNS Error, on all pages

Start > Run then type CMD. In the dos box type "ping 64.25.35.107" ( no quotes ) If this is pingable type "ping cityofheroes.com" ( again no quotes ) It should show the IP that you first pinged, if it says not reachable its a DNS issues. If it gives you a completely different IP you most likely had a virus recently that modified your HOST file.
P.S. What I mean by completely different is doesn't start with 64.25.X.X. Since COH site probably has sever IP's load balanced to a DB server it probably has multiple IP's, but they all should be in the same IP range

What side of the pond are you on, US or EU?
Their DNS has been flakey recently, without any acknowledgement of the issue from anyone at NCSoft here (which is pretty chronic).

Im actually in Canada. Funny though all and every other page I ever use is fine.

Past few weeks it been a mess with the DNS and security certificate on the Ncsoft pages.

Ok. so this is just not me then. Others are having similar issues. Im just eager to play, a few of my friends returned and I really want to be in game
Ok. Im getting a touch frustrated here. Im still having the same issues and no customer service response at all.
Cityofheroes.com shows a google dead link due to dns and it cant find the server.
The same with the forums (except now Im at work do it works)
Anything that is associated with city of heroes other than NCsofts home page gives me the DNS server error.
I have done the ipconfig /flushdns but until they fix their servers it will always cache to this.
I have checked my router, and have diretly connected to my internet, and even turned off my firewall. I turned it back on of course. I lowered my security settings and nothing works
Im 5 days into my 30 day freeness, and I did put 6 months down, but unless I can get some help, Im at a loss, and I really want to come back to the game.

Second, try downloading TweakCOH. It has a tab that pings all the relevant servers and tells you which ones you're having problems with.

Customer service just got back to me as well. So Ill try all of my options out when I get home from work.
