Include tailor in tutorial
I do heartily agree with the addition of a tailor or face makers (not in the tut, as has been noted.. people like me.. 6 year vet.. skip..)
That said.. and without really wanting to thread-jack (but going to anyway ) ..
When are we going to get a contact in Praetoria that can unlock a second costume slot??
Almost the very first thing I do either blue or red side is to grab my costume salvage and make my way to unlock my second slot...
As it is now.. there is NO way to do this yellow side...

I vote for the 'secret identity second slot' idea, in the tutorial or just as a big QoL addition. For most of my characters, even the ones not originally intended to have civilian identities ended up having an 'off-duty' costume for blending in and then having their actual costume in battle.
Not to mention that with two costume slots from the start, there won't be any problems involving not being able to use costume change emotes. And also for those who aren't able to get the halloween salvage for one reason or another can actually gain five slots, instead of four plus one event-only unlock.

They could make it a money sink like in CO or *gasp* a INF sink. Buy extra costume slots!

I like the idea of having one in the starting zones, very close to Ms. Liberty and Kalinda. I also think they should be free for characters under level 5.

...but in all seriousness, I think this is a good idea. One of my biggest problems when making a character is that I like melee characters; and many of the armor toggle's animation sequence's are long enough that you only catch a glimpse of what the effect looks like before it cycles again the the tailor.
Also, for those who have it; an easier way to take care of business if you have a tailor emergency on red-side is to use the Pocket D Teleporter, hit up Trina, then exit to Port Oaks (which drops you off right by the ferry back to Mercy Island). Of course, this only works if you have the Good vs. Evil item pack.
The new slot should be a full slot that can be completely customized. Given that players are broke in the tutorial and can't afford changes* I just thought it would be neat if the default costume for that slot would be a plain clothes one and not just a copy of your base costume. I think it would also make sense tutorial wise. Once you have earned some Inf you'd be then free to make it whatever you want.
*Also being in the tutorial means you have just spent significant time creating you character and I just want to introduce tailors to new characters and not bog them down.
