You select the character on your login character screen (do not enter game), click on buy transfer, it brings you to a warning dialog popup, then a screen with your account's available slots by server and you pick it and a second later your character disappears (when it is working) and takes a ride to the new home server.

Is there a limit of server transfers per day?
edit: nvm it appears to be 6 a day but apparently will be increasing shortly
6/day currently based on TheOcho's announcement. He mentions that
they're planning to ramp it up to 20/day "soon".

Can someone tell me how do I start a character transfer?
Do I do it from in-game at the character screen or on the NCSoft store website? It's been a long time since I transferred a character and I can't for the life of me remember how to do it.
