Why didn't mm's get pff?

Why didn't mm's get personal force field from APP? I understand they don't want duplicate powers that they can get from secondary. But controllers also get pff from mace mastery now and they also have force field as a secondary....What's the reasoning behind it?

I honestly think that the devs are going to have to keep making changes to the APPs, even now that they have released it. It still had way too many duplicate powers, even when released.

Then again, I am not sure that we can trust any list of powers. Have you been able to confirm Controllers get PFF in their Mace Mastery?

Because the devs never changed the Controller version even though people were telling them during the entirety of closed beta that it was broken. Though I'm not sure what good two PFFs will do you.

There will probably be much ******** and moaning when the Controller version gets removed/changed.

As far as I know, the *only* remaining duplicate is controller PFF. Every other duplicate was swapped for something else, and I fully expect controller PFF to have the same thing happen. They made a mistake letting it go live like this in my opinion, but I do expect them to fix it.

Aside from that one obvious oversight, they've stuck like glue to their 'no duplicates' rule. I wouldn't expect them to break it.

The cottage rule states that no power will be changed in function so that its original purpose is no longer fulfilled. It's called the cottage rule because Castle said "It would be like changing Build Up from a +to hit +dam buff to a power that built a small cottage at your location"

You can drop one PFF momentarily to summon your pet(s), then immediately bring up the other after your done. No waiting for the recharge between uses.

Of course you can accomplish more-or-less the same effect using Hibernate or Ethereal Shift, I guess.

Small but very significant change.
