Please fix this. Apparently there's a wonderful new world we can start toons in but many of us can't get anywhere near it. Any chance of a 'we're aware of the problem' announcement?

Every time i log in and i get the 'online store is not available' message i'm looking for the 'no that's not ok actually' button ... they seem to have forgotten to put in that option

Have to admit I am pretty aggravated. I had a name saved, deleted it to make my first praetorian just to find out I can't make a character and the name I saved is no longer saved.

Yes, I agree, Epic Fail.

The best advice I have heard is to make a character on an alternate server and transfer them over when the store and free transfers comes back on line. You can e-mail your praetorian whatever they might need.

I know it's not ideal and that the current status sucks. I wanted to make my Praetorian on my home server, Justice, but can't.

But at least this is a work around.

Agreed. This is terrible. If my toons name gets taken after saving it for specifically this reason I will be furious. And of course, if the name is still available......no worries. I wish I could play the game on my home server tho.....ridiculous.

Hello, we are currently aware of the character slot and transfer issues, and are working hard to resolve it. Further information will be posted here Known Issue: the Online Store as it becomes available.

no good if your in the EU and there are only 2 english servers and you have more than 12 slots on each

This is the point where everyone posting about how it was good that the Devs were "taking their time to launch a polished working issue" comes to mind. Clearly this launch is going as planned, this is just part of the GR fun! I dont see what everyone is complaining about

I have this same issue. I deleted my character about 15 minutes ago, so it's still going on. I hope I get the slot back when the store comes back up. =)
