EDIT: this is actually even worse than I noticed at first glance. It wrecks my PB's build. Not being able to carry over Kismet, Stealth IO, Miracle proc, and Numina Proc to Nova form is a huge nerf, especially the Kismet cause PBs cant run tactics in Nova.
