I've actually got a Mind/Fire Dom that I started not too long ago, though its secondary isn't exactly on your list, hehe (she's supposed to be the twin sister of my Fire/Psi Dom). She should still be useful though and I have no objection to using one of her builds exclusively as a Phalanx domination build. If you see I'm on when you go to run one of your farms BB and want to help get her leveled, feel free to holler.
Those were just suggestions. Mine is Mind/Electric, Even though I did make one on my other account for Mind/Stone(lvl 12 currently).
Some people want to play a min max, while others play concepts. I almost always go for concept.

I've got the same plan as you. Get MoLR on my badger and then offer the Dom to anyone who wants the badge.
She's very small as you know mind/energy but I want to build a mind/ice too (concept already thought of).
When they're 50 and IOd, I'll yell.

Well, if controllers and defenders have Mind and they can cross over in GR/I18, that could happen. However, I do not have any Mind anything. And I do need to make a dom to add to my collection of 50s.

I am not sure if a controller can accomplish it without Domination. But 2 controllers or 1 controller and 1 dom maybe able.

Yes, I being Selfish here. I want my MoLRSF.
So anytime I farm, the prioty of members are my alt account and Mind Doms. If a Mind Dom wants in and other someone other than my alt and Mind Dom will get booted to make room for the Mind Dom.
Why Mind Doms?
Mind Doms can keep all the Heroes slept while the team pulls and takes them down one at a time. The Heroes are link and will all conme eventually to the aid of each other. So they need to be kept asleep.
Why not Plant Doms they have a sleep?
Mezmerize and Spore Burst, both cause aggro. Mass Hypnosis does not.
What secondary should I choose?
Here are some tips.
Earth Energy and Ice have Power Boost Which can be handy for increasing the duration of Mass Hypnosis.
Snipe attacks can be activated then interrupted to build Domination
PBAOE attacks that don't require a target can be used to build Domination. Ice Sword Circle and Tremor are examples.
Purples for Holds, Sleep, Confusion; along with Call of the Sandman and Malise sets are cheap and provide Global recharge. If you get a Snipe, Sting of the Manticore is also cheap. NOTE: the Proc for Malise causes aggro, don't use it.
I am not an expert on building toons, so I would visit the Dom boards for more advice on how to build and slot them effectively.
I have not set a specific date or time that I farm, but I usually announce it in Level 50 and Guardian Channels. I will try to make atleast one run on Sundays. The date and time of the runs will be dictated by the Houston Texans schedule
