August Tanker Tuesdays

It's hard to believe but July is almost over (Liberty next week for the last TT of July) and we've already filled up our "Reload slots" for next month!

Here's the August TTs
1st Tuesday on Champion, the home of Tanker Tuesdays
2nd Tuesday, Justice, this will be PERC event and more info to follow soon
3rd Tuesday, Freedom
4th Tuesday, Protector
5th Tuesday, Virtue

Woot, Will be able to Tank for three this month as I made a baby tank on Virtue a little while back.

The Tanker Tuesday on Justice will be having an Ice themed event "Summer Freeze". (Unless Nuclear changes his mind.) Bring out your Ice Aura or Ice melee tanks.

As always an Ice Aura or Ice Melee tank is not required for the event, the idea is to showcase Ice's ability to tank. So if you've got one on Justice bring it on out to play.

Q: What do you call two Ice/* Tankers teamed up together, beating on the same mob?

A: Recharge Crashers.



Shirayukihime will be putting in another appearance on Tanker Tuesday on Virtue on August 31st.

Rangle, I won't change my mind, but am having trouble coming up with a good TF for the "Freeze" theme... The only thing that comes to mind is FrostFire...

Redlynne, I was going to answer "Rare" I don't usually get the pleasure of seeing let alone teaming with two Ice Tanks, but I like your answer better.

The funny thing is this, my wife and I both have Ice/Mace tanks on Justice. If we're not busy we will be at the TTJ with them.

I guess I will provide the heat with my fire tank.

I've got an Ice/Stone or a Dark/Icer to bring, I'll have to check in and see which one I'll be running that night.

I'm thinking about building a FrostFire AE mission for the event, anyone have any other ideas for TFs or Trials to run?

It would be interesting to try out Moonfire, Hess, or even Manti for the Ice event. Something with KoA would show how well Ice Aura deals with the caltrops and slow effects. Doesn't Indigo do KoA missions?

Did we run Hess/Moonfire last time on Justice or was that on one of the other servers? Manti would be good, of course they all are.

Yeah I think Indigo is the one that give the Knives Arc, so if anyone has that we can run it. Sister Pysche might be pretty fun too with all (or a great deal of) Ice Tanks.

LSK, you can always adjust one of your costumes to look like "cold fire" for the event...

Speaking of freezing, it's chilly over on Guardian on Tuesday nights. Please consider getting us back in the rotation in September or October.

Consider it done! The 4th TT for September will be on Gaurdian (whew, I need to start keeping a calander just for TTs, lol!)!

September's TTs will be:
Champion on the 1st Tuesday
Justice on the 2nd Tuesday
Freedom on the 3rd Tuesday
Gaurdian on the 4th Tuesday

In October, or there abouts, we'll have the "Fall Harvest" theme for TTJ.

Nice turn out for TT on Champions, was on the team that took out Tyrent with out any problems, but could not take down Shadowolf or how ever u spell it. Well cya on Justice next week.

I don't think I have an Icer for Justice, but will show and tanker as needed!

Well TTJ has a big hit everyone that showed got a gold tittle from Mod8. I did a KHTF took a little longer then Expected but was fun none the less. The first mish was the hardest for are end kept getting drained. Do not for get next week on Freedom same tanker place, same tanker time.

Which character were you on Katie Hannon? I was on my dark tank, which helped a little with the end drains. I did get KB'd around a bit, though, even with 2 KB IOs.

I was a little worried toward the end that we might not have enough damage to defeat Katie #10, but we made it.

Oh, and could I request a TT on Guardian sometime soon? We haven't had one in a while.
