Interesting about the Purples an PvP ios. No clue about which merits are going to be used, eh?
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
Why is no one replying to this. I want more info please elaborate as to what you saw at comicon. Also please let me know what i should sell...lol.
Did you hear any news about market mergers is there a list of what si for sale. Should i sell my pvp resist proc or not.
should i dump purps. Did you hear anything actionable.
also was it fun. was anyone there did you hear anything abut incarnate lvls. etc.....

Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

So I was at the Comic-con panel today. And I was hoping I'd have big news to report back to all you pantless people, but sadly it's not much. They show'd the same video that's been posted before. They talked about the stuff we all know. It was fun, but nothing wonderful.
BUT, this was new/s to me. The incentive for staying a hero/villian (also going all the way hero/villian) is big. Heroes and villians will have a lounge that they can enter where they can purchase purple IOs and PvP IOs for merits (unclear if it's the same merits...hope so). So if you are a rogue or vigilante you can't get into these areas (no purple buying). Of course you can go rogue for awhile, earn merits, and then go back to evil (or switch to good). Then spend them on purples.
Last, they made a joke about how they can't talk about city of heroes 2 w/o being fired. To me it sounded like they were... at least looking into the idea. I'm sure this was video'd and will be out for you all to see. (I taped it, but I'm not gonna post it).
There you go... it's what I know. I didn't leak it from beta so don't hate me.
OH and No "ALPHA SLOT" in Going Rogue. They're gonna wait till I19 if I remember it right.
