No, it's defense is positional only. Not typed. It's working as intended. Sorry dude.

What a bizarre decision, if that is the case.

A fix is coming for it. Or so I've heard from someone I trust. No idea when though, but it has been acknowledged as not WAI.

Arctic Fog is a comparable power to Steam Mist. Is it intentional by design or is it an oversight that it is missing its typed defense bonuses? Are there any dev post addressing or commenting on this?
