Might as well jump in while most teams are in the same boat of trying to get a rhythm going. If you wait too long to come to the Test Ladder, there may not be a Test Ladder to come to, due to lack of teams.

What he said. All you need is to have reliable people in the sense that they can show regularly.

Waiting to get things done on live present problems with a lack of *skilled* competition, as well as a rough time finding 8 at all to play against.

It's not as if you'd be doing officials right away if you weren't prepared, but if you never get on Test, you won't ever be prepared.

Do it, or don't. Just decide relatively quickly before a lack of activity decides for you.

I hear ur point as well and once we get few practices and finding who would be playing what and then we wouldjump on test

I said give it up because I know the history of the people involved and the chances of it ever actually coming to fruition are about 1 in a million. Your encouragement or advice might be for the right reasons but you are sharing it with a piece of bark on the side of a dead tree that isn't going to move just because the forest is burning down around it. Continue trying though, was just trying to save you from wasted effort in regards to this particular situation.

P.S. I shouldn't have even needed to say that or have been in the line of your angry fire being you personally know the capabilities of at least 1 of the leaders.....
