MBSF 16 Jul Fri 930P EST

Hey all,

Trying something different this time around. Looking to run a Master of the Barracuda SF this Friday at 930P EST. This is a 45+ SF. All in all this has been a straight forward SF except for that nasty ending (description here).

I usually don't care about ATs, but for Master attempts, I will have a say. I would like at least 1 brute and 1 MM.

OK! We got:
1. Me (ice/cold corr Chillain)
2. Voo (something or other)
3. SHamster (better be your MM )
4. MG (corr - better not need those rezzes!!!)
5. ohloh (VEAT)
6. Gristlebone (up to you if you want to still bring Brute, I am okay)
7. Talnar (stalker)
8. KT (brute)

Please have inspirations ready and be on time. If we have alts and it is 930P, I will take the alts and start the SF. I will not start over if you are late and the team is filled.

I'm down! I can bring a VEAT or a elec/sd brute. My VEAT would be the best option for a master run, but the brute can do it as well.
both are soft capped too.

if i don't have to work,I will go for it.

with whatever is needed,though my badge toon is a stone/invul brute.

I told him to do it! I have finally assumed control of Shamster and I did something so minor. I feel dirty. I should have aimed higher.

I really, really have to say that letting them all trigger and mass to the starting room is a LOT safer bet then pulling from the room. That way you don't have to deal w/ M. Bison's screwey aggroing radius.

And if you stick to the starting room upper entrance platform, you're in a tight area where they only have one way up at you, can't mass for range fire, all your buffs stack easy, etc etc.

Well, first, very good run all and great team make up:
3 corr, 2 VEAT, 1 brute, 1 stalker, and 1 shaMMster.

As the fury one above alluded to, we failed at Reich in that when we were pulling mobs to the hall, some lag bit a player and Reich took a shot. And that was the only death.

Shamster, I will consider to fight in the beginning room, as far away from Reich. My concern is we do mess up (aka a death), then now we have a hot door to enter.

I need to check a few things but I will post again in near future another run (likely next Friday, same time).

EDIT -

Now that my coffee is creeping into my brain, I forgot to add I think we made a mistake too and could have avoided that death. We were pretty much at the end of those mobs in the room. I know the number of mobs has been reduced apparently, but we should have used the stalkers temp power and clean up the last of them. /slaps forehead on that. I was so tired by the end (thanks to kids that never sleep or sleep in like on Saturdays... ).

Eh. If the door is hot and someone has died at that point, who cares if it's hot? It's not like you have to worry about failing to a death.

And the stalkers temp power is a moot point. M. Bison stands right next to the machine and has maxed out perception; he'll one shot the stalker near every time if he ties to get the temp power.
