Can someone tell me where to find Arbiter Rein in Grandville? I can't find him on the map and he didn't automatically come up as a contact. I'm hoping to get my wife re-enthused about her level 43 stalker. Speaking of which, any recommendations for a first time patron contact?

North of the huge Lord Recluse statue, near the building, Arbiter Rein stands just outside that building facing south near the doors leading in.

Get the map pack from Vidiotmaps.com; all the arbiters should show on their maps.

Patron for a stalker? Ghost Widow is pretty popular for 'Shadowmeld'. You can have it up roughly half of the time and it gives around 30% defense to everything when slotted.

If you plan to pvp, you want leviathan/mako, if you pve soul/ghost widow is very popular.

They really ought to make Arbiter Rein a pop-up contact like all the Midnight guys or I17 contacts.

Thanks guys. I can't believe I didn't see the description of where he was in the wiki. This morning all I saw was the location coordinates. Just missed it I guess.

What I meant was which patron has the best story/missions. It is my understanding that no matter which Patron you take you can choose any of the pools. I'm wanting to get her something interesting that will re-motivate her without telling her she has to do the paper/mayhem grind again.

I personally like Ghost Widow's arc the most, but I am slightly biased.

To date I only ever picked Black Scorpion as my Patron, but I do like the guy and his missions, especially the third arc. It has Nemesis storming the beaches of Grandville with his soldiers. On the other hand, It has those mole-drill-things that take for-bloody-ever to defeat, and you need to defeat four of them.

Also for what it's worth I believe Black Scorpion is the nicest Patron, too.
