Do you mean "absolutely nothing but hands/feet," or what?
Link to Paragon Wiki scrapper page. Look through the powersets.
Martial Arts - very flippy, single target mostly. Rather fun to watch.
Fire - a few fire swords, you could potentially skip them (but why?.) Generally decent damage.
Dark Melee - -tohit debuffs, more control and self-buffs (an attack w/a heal, END recovery, etc.)
Electrical melee - Two words. Lightning rod. 
Spines might be weapon-y depending on how you look at it. Lots of AOEs though.

Martial Arts / Super Reflexes / BodyMastery
when you are 50 IO for Regen, and Defense.. you will love it.

Dark melee looks good for soloing. Will try electrical melee scrapper today though, looks fun. Gone for regen with my martial arts scrapper as it helps me with any damage not just physical like some secondaries so may do same with elecky one.
Good choice of secondary, you can't go wrong with regen.
Claws has a few very small claws that might be acceptable. When you get to your power color selections some sets can be set to minimum effects which gets rid of all the coloring.
With GR right around the corner you might also consider going rogue with a super-strength brute. Weaponless, but unlike martial arts, the sound and look of the attacks leave you feeling very satisfied.
I made an electric scrapper after it got ported over. It's one of my favorite toons. I went elec/elec. I think it's awesome.

got my MA/regen scrapper up to lvl 9 and ele/regen up to 6. I think at this lvl ele is way more powerful being able to kill a couple of mobs with just 1 hit but its too slow. MA scrapper is way more dynamic and suits fast pace group missions more so going to my main for now.
At some point when i know game more i want to try ele/dark armor scrapper.
I also have a MA/Regen scrapper that's awesome. I'd go MA or Electric for the primary.

Can I ask why you want to go weaponless specifically? Is it for concept, to avoid redraw, something else...?

I know sometimes with my /DA toons I specifically die just to get to use Soul Transfer
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

My first Scrapper was MA/Regen, and she was and still is loads of fun to play. Besides, since MA is considered a bit underpowered, it's due for a buff, dontcha think?

I wanted weaponless for a concept. My toon is based on early 80s glam superhero look like ms marvel, moonstone, phoenix, mockingbird, scarlet witch, emma frost etc.
Lvl 14 now and the flying finishes the concept of nicely. MA is getting stronger now being able to one shot white mobs with crits

Not sure about Macs in particular, but on Windows there's a separate "screenshots" subfolder in the main City of Heroes folder.

Sussed it, here she is. Made with trial account so no goodies from boosters. Account upgraded now as I am loving the game
